Plasma Polymerization

  • Plasma polymerization is a kind of dry processing methods, which provides ability of working in a solvent-free environment and under the room temperature. It can be coated almost all surfaces with plasma deposition method. A thickness range from tens of angstroms to micrometers can be obtained with more homogeneous properties than conventional methods, such as chemical, electrochemical, spin-coating.
  • Plasma polymer thin films are produced by a single coupled capacitively 13.56 MHz radio frequency (RF) plasma system
