![]() Main InterestUnder the Title of Experimental Solid State Physics, research studies cover semiconductor thin film preparations by using thermal evaporation techniques, besides, electrical, optical and structural characterization of evaporated thin films particularly II-VI and III-VI groups of elements such as CdS and InSe. Moreover, production and optimisation of thin film diode and heterojunction devices by using different noble metals and alloys. Construction of necessary setups for production and characterisation of thin films and also computer controlling of the electrical measurement systems by writing data acquisition programs. In addition to these studies, ceramic temperature sensors and thermal resistors were studied and produced in pellet and/or in thin film forms having negative temperature coefficient (NTC) by using composition of (Co, Mn, Ni, Cu, Fe, etc.) transition metal oxides having cubic spinel metallic structures. ![]() Colleagues and Projects1- “Thin Film heterojunction Solar cells” British Council Academic Link Project (1994-1997) 2- “Deposition and Characterization of Polycrystalline InSe Thin Films and Devices” TBAG-1442 TÜBITAK Projesi (1996-1998) 3-“Contact Resistance and Measurements Methods” AFP Projesi(AFP-2001-07-02-00-63 ) 4- “Growth and Characterization of GaSe Thin Films and based devices” AFP Projesi (AFP-2001-01-05-03) 5- “Elektron Demeti ile Oluşturulan PtSi-Si Eklemlerinin Elektrik ve Optik Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi” AFP Projesi (AFP-2001-01-05-01) 6- “InSe Katmanlı Yarıiletken İnce Film Schottky Tipi Aygıt Üretilmesi” BAP Projesi (BAP-2002-07-02-00-22) 7- “GaSe İnce Filmlerin Üretilmesi, Elektrıksel, Optik ve Yapısal Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi” BAP Projesi (BAP-2003-07-02-00-83) 8- “Katkılanmış GaSe İnce Filmlerin Üretilmesi, Elektriksel ve Yapısal Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi” ÖYP Projesi (BAP-08-11-DPT2002K120510-TB-6) ![]() Recent or Key Publications1- “The Effect of Substrate and Post Depositional Annealing Temperature on The Electrical Properties of Polycrystalline InSe Thin Films” Journal of Material Science: Materials in Electronics, 10 (1999) 313.
